What is the return policy?

Each item is carefully made and packaged. As each magnet is custom made, we typically do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you have serious concerns about the produce itself once you've received it, please reach out to support@zinniamoments.com.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made locally in Seattle, WA. Some parts of the final product are manufactured outside of the USA. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I change the photos I submitted for my order?

Yes. Please contact support@zinniamoments.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request updates to the photos you submitted for your order(s).

Zinnia Moments will not adjust or edit photo's on the customer's behalf. The customer must make those adjustments on their end.

Note: Changes cannot be made to orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped.
